Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Last updated: 31 May 2026

By using OSA Tracker (osatracker.co.uk) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What this service is

OSA Tracker is a free, community-maintained directory of websites reported to be blocked, age-gated or otherwise restricted in the UK under the Online Safety Act, together with tools to export that list. Entries are submitted by the public and screened automatically and by moderators.

2. No warranty — information only

The dataset is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any entry is accurate, complete, current, or that a listed site is in fact blocked (or that an unlisted one is not). Listings are not endorsements of any site or its content.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Information about the Online Safety Act, its effect on particular sites, or any method of accessing them is provided for general information only. If you need advice about your legal position, consult a qualified professional.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Submitting content

When you submit a domain or note, you agree that:

6. Open data

The published list and its exports are made freely available for reuse. They are provided without warranty and on the same “as is” basis described above; you use them at your own risk.

7. Third-party links

The dataset and guides reference third-party websites and tools that we do not control and are not responsible for. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the OSA Tracker maintainers will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this service or any data obtained from it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
